    I'm Brittany. I bet my last $4,000 on myself, turned it into $600K trading options (not a million.. I took losses too), and moved it into real estate. Today it's $19.4M in assets and 140+ doors, and I'm still climbing to $100M.

    This is the diary of that climb. For you it might be your first rental.. for me it's $100M. Same diary.

    When does it ship?

    Every month. October's mails Monday the 19th. Join by Sunday night to get it.
