Questions about investing get passed to my investor relations team. The club is education only, so this form isn't the place to talk about investing with me.

What we collect: your name, email, mobile number, mailing address and plan. Once you sign in to the club, we also see how you use the club pages: sign-ins, visits, rooms you open, downloads and time spent.

How we use it: to mail your envelope, run the members' pages, contact you about the club, and make the club better. If the business is ever sold, merged or transferred, your information may transfer with it.

Your payment: Commas handles checkout, so we never see or store your full card number.

Your key: the key on your Brit Picks card is just for you. Please don't share or post it. We can change the key and end access for anyone who shares it.

Pen pals: matches only happen when both members say yes, and mailing addresses are only shared when you both agree.

Staying safe: I will never DM you asking for money, a payment, or your card details. If someone claiming to be me does, it isn't me. Report the account and tell me.

We take cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), Cash App Pay, and US bank account through Commas, our checkout provider. Some devices also show Google Pay at checkout.

• Prices are in US dollars: $12 a month or $120 a year.
• Your statement will show COMMAS.COM.
• Your plan renews automatically (every 30 days for monthly, every 365 days for yearly) until you cancel.
• Have a promo code? On the checkout page, type your email first, then tap "Add promo code."

• You must be 18 or older to join.
• Memberships are for you. One key, one member.
• Cancel anytime. Cancelling stops your next renewal, and you keep everything through the end of the time you already paid for. To cancel, write me with the contact form and I'll cancel it before your next renewal.
• Prices and what's included can change. Members hear about it before it affects their next renewal.
• Everything in the club (letters, audio, guides, art, stickers) is for your personal use. Please don't copy, resell or post it.

All sales are final because of the nature of the product. Every envelope is printed, packed and mailed by hand, and your members' pages open the day you join. So there are no refunds or partial refunds, including unused months on a yearly plan. Cancelling stops future renewals.

What we do make right:

• Your envelope never shows up. If it hasn't arrived 10 days after the mail date, tell me and I'll send another one.
• You were charged twice by mistake. Tell me and I'll refund the extra charge.

Shipping

• Envelopes go out once a month by USPS, to US addresses only for now.
• They come in a plain envelope on purpose. Nothing on the outside says Investor's Diary, which helps keep them out of the wrong hands.
• Most envelopes arrive within about a week of the mail date. Once it's at the post office, delivery is up to USPS.
• Tip: sign up for USPS Informed Delivery (free) to see a photo of your envelope the morning it arrives.

Moving? Update your address from inside the Clubhouse before the next mail date. If an envelope goes to an old address you didn't update, we can't resend it.

When does my envelope mail?

Once a month. Your join page shows the next mail date and the sign-up cutoff to make that month's envelope.

What's inside?

A letter from me, a sticker sheet, a Money Mantra card, and your Brit Picks card with the QR code and key to the members' page. The extras change every month.

How do I get into the members' page?

Go to brittanybell.ai/club and sign in with the email you joined with and the key on your Brit Picks card. You'll get a new key in your envelope each month.

I joined last December. Am I a founding member?

Yes. Go to brittanybell.ai/founding to set up your account and confirm your address.

My envelope didn't come. What do I do?

If it's been 10 days since the mail date, write me and I'll send another one.

Can I change my address?

Yes, from inside the Clubhouse. Do it before the next mail date.

Can I cancel?

Anytime. It stops your next renewal, and you keep what you already paid for.

Can I give it as a gift?

Yes. Join with your email and put their name and address on the "Where should I mail it?" step. Ask me about gift codes too.

Do you ship outside the US?

Not yet. US addresses only for now.
