Who runs this
brittanybell.ai and the Investor's Diary Snail Mail Club (the "club") are run by Brittany Bell ("we," "us," "our"). By using this site or joining the club, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or join.
Not financial advice
The letters, audio diaries, Deal Files, tools, guides, live calls, emails and everything else on this site or in the club are for education and entertainment only. They share what I did, what I paid, what went wrong and what I learned. None of it is financial, investment, legal, tax or accounting advice, and none of it is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold anything.
Real estate, trading, credit and investing all carry risk, including losing money. Results, mine or anyone else's, are never a promise of what you will get. Before you make a decision about your money, talk to a licensed professional who knows your situation.
Nothing on this site or in the club is an offer to sell, or a request for an offer to buy, any security or investment.
You're responsible for your choices
You decide what to do with what you read, hear or download here. We are not liable for any loss or damage that comes from acting, or not acting, on anything in the club or on this site.
Membership and billing
- You must be 18 or older to join.
- Memberships are paid through Commas, our checkout provider, and renew automatically (monthly or yearly, the plan you picked) until you cancel.
- You can cancel any time. Cancelling stops future renewals.
- Prices and what's included can change. We'll let members know before a change affects their next renewal.
Your envelope
We mail to US addresses only, for now. Mail dates are our plan, not a guarantee: once an envelope is at the post office, delivery is up to the Postal Service. If yours hasn't shown up 10 days after the mail date, tell us and we'll send another one.
Your key and sign-in
The key on your Brit Picks card and your sign-in are for you. Don't share or post them. We can change the key, and end access for anyone who shares it or breaks these terms.
Our content
The letters, audio, Deal Files, tools, guides, art, stickers and everything else in the club belong to us. They're for your own personal use. Please don't copy, resell, post or share them without our written permission.
Meetups, live calls and pen pals
In-person meetups and live calls are optional. You're responsible for your own travel, costs and safety. The annual plan's meetup ticket covers your entry to the event. Pen Pal matches only happen when both members say yes, and you're responsible for what you share with another member.
Privacy
What we collect: your name, email, mobile number, mailing address and plan, and, once you sign in to the club, how you use the club pages (sign-ins, visits, rooms you open, downloads and time spent). Commas handles your payment, so we never see or store your full card number.
How we use it: to run the club, mail your envelope, contact you about your membership and the club, improve what we make, and recognize and thank our most active members.
Who else touches it: the companies that help us run things, like website hosting, our database, checkout, printing and mailing, only so they can do that work. If the business is ever sold, merged or transferred, your information may transfer with it.
Your choice: you can ask us to see or delete your information at any time.
The legal basics
The site and the club are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability to you for anything related to the site or the club is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before your claim. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version, and using the site after an update means you accept it.
